Yes.  In order for our computer system to inform you that your order has been accepted,

  2. I ordered Used Books, am I guranteed Used books?

Although we have a wide selection of both Used and New books, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the Used Books you have ordered. Our inventory level may change from the time you order to the time we process your order. Certain types of books such as workbooks and lab manuals may not be available as a Used Book even though used pricing may be listed. We will try our best to fulfill your order with the book in the condition you requested. Titles that are near or at the end of its life expectancy may no longer be available as a New Book.

  3. There are no books listed for my course. Why? What do I do now?

No books listed means either no books were ordered for that course by the professor or no books are needed for that course. Please check our site frequently or visit the bookstore to see if this status has changed. At the time of checkout, you have the opportunity to inform us to automatically fulfill your order with these course materials when the faculty member informs the bookstore of the required course materials.

  4. Two required books have the same name but one is text only and the other is w/CD, w/Infotrac, w/SG, or with an added supplement. Do I have to buy both?

No. You only have to purchase one of the two books, either the text only version or the version with added supplements. Books with added supplements (packages) may be more than the text book by itself. Due to publisher policies, certain components of a package may not be available for purchase seperately.

For example: A Biology text only and a Biology w/CD are both marked as required. They are the same book. You have the choice to buy just the book (text only version) or the book with an accompanying CD.

  5. What are optional textbooks?

Optional textbooks are books that are not required for the course but suggested by the professor. You should go to class first before deciding if you wish to purchase the optional textbook(s).

  6. A textbook shows up, but there is no price for it. Can I still purchase it?

A textbook without a price means the bookstore has not received pricing from the vendor for that title. You cannot purchase a textbook until a price is shown for it. Please check back and purchase the book when the site has been updated.

  7. I only received part of my order. Will I have to reorder the items I did not receive?
