How to Order on Our Website

Login to your Account

  • All students are automatically registered for a bookstore account. You do not need to register again.
  • Username: is your student email account: [email protected]
  • Password: If this is your first time logging in, your password is your Student ID (G#)
  • Click on 'Forgot your password?' to have a recovery message sent to your student email.

Place an Order Online

  1. Search for your textbooks by submitting the information and clicking the search arrow. Search options include:
    • by school term + CRN,
    • by course + instructor,
    • or by book title.
  2. Select the materials you need and add to cart. You can search for more materials. When you're done shopping, click the 'continue checkout' button at the top or bottom of the search results.
  3. Review your selections. After clicking 'checkout', you will be asked a few questions about your order fulfillment before proceeding to payment.
  4. Select 'Payment Options'. If you have not yet logged in, you will be prompted to login now.
  5. Select Shipping method or Pick-up in store.
  6. To pay with financial aid, choose 'Student Charge' for payment. This includes financial aid like EOPS, Middle College, or Promise.
    • Enter your G# and check the box to agree to the terms
    • Enter credit card as a back-up payment. This is only used if your order total is not completely covered by your financial aid.
  7. Otherwise, select credit card and enter your card information.

Orders are not processed on weekends & holidays.
